Hosts & Applications (Sequencers, DAWs, Audio Editors, etc.) • Are there DAW(s) that can replicate my 3 favorite Bitwig features but also support video?

Hi - I've DAW-hopped a fair bit over the years and really like Bitwig, but feel the need to commit to focus on a single platform and, as I do a bit of work for short films, I need a marker track and sync to video. My favorite Bitwig features aren't really headline-grabbing and it's entirely possible that software I already own has or has added these features and I don't know how to search for them ...

1) Saving VST controller mappings at the VST preset level. As far as I can tell, other DAWs let you use default mappings for a given plugin, but I use some Reason, Reaktor, and Soundtoys VSTs that can have varied controls available for different instrruments/effects/etc -

2) MIDI/NoteFX on the same track as the instrument (I've read that Reaper has this. Routing MIDI to different tracks if I want to use, for example, a Reason player with a Kontakt instrument is a drag ...

3) Creative Note FX - I like some of the physics-based NoteFX in Bitwig for oddball inspiration (e.g. Dribble, Ricochet). I could use a VST (rather than DAW) alternative if you have recommendations, but as noted in #2 I love the workflow/usability of having everything on one track.
