Ample Sound • Select Particular Sample of Note?

I have attempted to mix down a final version of my song but can hear one of the notes doesn't sound right compared to a demo I did not long ago. I'm pretty sure what's happened, is that a different sample of the note is being playing (round robin, random and all that) and I'm wondering if there's a keyswitch or setting that will allow me to pick the exact sample for that note out.

Assuming there isn't, if I keep mixing down will the right sample come along, or does it reset everytime?!

Any suggestions appreciated
