Instruments • How do we contact Plugin Alliance technical support these days?

I purchased a license for the Wedge Force Hydro virtual instrument and downloaded the latest Windows installer from Plugin Alliance. I selected to simply install the VST3 version of the plugin, but the installer fails because it seems to think that there should have been a "...-3.bin" file in the ZIP archive:



I poked around the Plugin Alliance website looking for an email address to contact for support, but all I could find was a snail-mail address:

How do we contact Plugin Alliance technical support now that they are part of Native Instruments?
