When running the beta 13 (5.2 MSI install Win10) in the background (drop to taskbar) i get insane amount of mouse lag on an empty or full project, Uninstalled the MSI and installed the MSIX and the mouse lag stops. Doesnt happen in 5.1 or any beta pre b13. Anyone else seeing this?
